After nearly two decades of steady growth, technical innovation, and trusted delivery, we’re proud to mark the next chapter in our story. Harness Master Wiring Systems is now HMWS.
This change is a reflection of who we’ve become and where we’re headed. What began as a specialist business focused on custom cable assemblies has evolved into a fully integrated engineering partner, delivering complex electrical and control system solutions across some of Australia’s most demanding industries.
Why the Change?
The name Harness Master Wiring Systems served us well during our formative years. It reflected our deep understanding of harnessing and wiring technologies. But as our capabilities expanded to include complete end-to-end solutions, spanning design, prototyping, manufacturing, systems integration, and support, it became clear the name no longer told the full story.
The shift to HMWS represents that evolution. It aligns with our growing presence across sectors like mining, transport, manufacturing, agriculture, and renewables, industries where performance, reliability and serviceability are everything.
Importantly, it also brings us into alignment with our international presence. We’ve operated as HMWS in the Philippines for 15 years and in North America for nearly a decade. This update ensures consistency across all markets and reflects our role as a global solutions provider.

Alongside the name, you’ll notice a modernised brand identity, strong, refined and purpose-driven. Our new logo is clean and versatile, a nod to our engineering mindset and commitment to continual improvement. It’s a look designed to grow with us, while staying true to the values and standards that have guided us from day one.
